Project Overview

The iDanraka Care Foundation CMS is a custom-built content management system designed specifically for a nonprofit organization operating in Kaduna State, Nigeria. The platform enables the foundation to manage and showcase its community development initiatives across Education, Health, Youth Empowerment, and Sports.

The system features a dual-interface architecture with a public-facing website that displays the foundation's programs, news updates, gallery of impact moments, and partner sponsors. The admin panel provides role-based access control with Super Admin and Admin roles, allowing staff to manage content efficiently.

Key capabilities include dynamic news publishing with categories, gallery album management with image uploads, program management with featured images, sponsor logo management, volunteer application tracking, contact message handling, newsletter subscriber management, and impact statistics dashboard. The system also includes SEO-optimized meta tags, social media integration, and a responsive design that works across all devices.

One-liner: A comprehensive content management system for iDanraka Care Foundation to manage news, gallery, programs, sponsors, volunteers, and impact statistics.

Problem Statement

Nonprofit organizations like iDanraka Care Foundation struggle to effectively communicate their impact, manage donor/sponsor relationships, and streamline administrative tasks. Manual processes for updating website content, tracking volunteer applications, and managing contact messages are time-consuming and inefficient. Additionally, there is a need for role-based access to ensure sensitive information is protected while allowing multiple staff members to contribute content.

My Solution

1. A user-friendly admin dashboard with intuitive content management interfaces

2. Role-based authentication system (Super Admin and Admin roles) with secure session management

4. Automated tracking of contact form submissions and volunteer applications

5. Impact statistics dashboard for monitoring key performance indicators

6. Newsletter subscriber management for community engagement
